Website service connects families with local assisted living facilities by meeting care and budget needs.

Buffalo, New York (May 29, 2019) – In May of 2019, Willow launched its free-to-use website for seniors and families to match with affordable senior living options in Western New York. The website was built with the user in mind, empowering families to choose senior care facilities with availability in their area and specific to their care needs. Willow is on mission to create a stress-free, transparent senior living decision.

“We know choosing an assisted living home for a loved one is not an easy decision, but our goal is to make the process easier,” says Willow Co-founder and CEO, Will Zacher Jr. “Why use Willow? Because finding the right senior living is harder than it needs to be. Our site’s unique algorithm allows you to match with senior living availability 24/7, something that has been unavailable until Willow.”

The concept for Willow was created by a father-son team with over 30 years of senior care experience. After noticing the struggle that families go through when looking for the right senior care options, W. Richard Zacher and William Zacher Jr. created the idea for a user-centered senior care locator. Seniors and their families can access the site anytime, fill out a quick 3-minute questionnaire and be matched instantly with up to 5 appropriate senior living facilities in their area. The site’s algorithm takes care needs, budget, and location into consideration when finding the best match.

“Over the years, we have seen numerous families struggle with finding the right care options. Finally, we created the Senior Placement Platform to solve those issues by empowering families to make their own decisions, free from outside influences,” said Co-Founder W. Richard Zacher. “The Platform uses our many years of experience to present the senior living decision in a way that is easier to understand.”
